Why Tallow Is Better

We have discovered that animal fat in soap making, the way our ancestors use to make it, is unmatched in quality, purity and effectiveness. Tallow soap hold better, lasts longer and contains nutrients that plant fats simply lack. Tallow has the ability to moisturize the skin and protect it at the same time like nothing we've ever come across.

Our soaps are made without any harsh chemicals, synthetics, perfumes, dyes, colourants or anything that your body does not need or recognize. These soaps are as traditional and pure as they get. The organic essential oils we use provide a subtle yet pleasant aroma for your washing experience.

Our tallow is sourced from ethically raised cattle in Ontario and is organic, grass fed and grass finished. This means that the animal's fat is pure, healthy and full of vitamins and minerals.

Soap the Way It Used to Be Made

Many soaps are made with seed oils or vegetable fats which can dry out the skin. This unscented soap is made almost entirely of organic pasture raised tallow, which cleanses and nourishes the skin. Lipidology soap helps maintain and improve skin hydration and suppleness. This is the perfect face soap for all skin types and can help with challenging skin conditions. 

These soaps are meticulously handcrafted in small batches. We use the traditional cold-process method which requires over a month to cure. This lengthy method results in the most gentle, nourishing and long lasting soap.
