Shipping

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Your order will ship within 3 business days from the purchase date. In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or short amount of time. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@lipidology.ca.

Returns

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it and contact us immediately. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please contact us and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods.

If you’re having an issue that you think warrants a return or exchange, please reach out to us and we’ll work with you to find a resolution. We have a customer service team that’s dedicated to your wellness and that truly cares about your experience.

We will provide a replacement product or a full refund for damaged or defective products upon receiving a photo or video showing the issue within 30 days of your purchase.

Unopened and unused products can be returned for a refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email at info@lipidology.ca and we will send you the shipping address to mail the return. Refunds for non-defective products will be issued with 5 days of receiving the returned package.

The full processing time of returns can take between 5 and 10 business days from the time we receive evidence of a defect or damage or intact return of items.
