At Lipidology, the product is only as good as the ingredient. We hand-pick our suet from small Canadian farms — cattle raised on grass, without hormones or industrial feed, in operations small enough that we know the farmers who take care of the cows.

We render the suet ourselves and filter it slowly until it's scent-free. Then we blend it with carefully selected ingredients: USDA Certified Organic castor oil, jojoba, and essential oils, to make balms and creams that are 100% natural.

For our emu tallow balm, we use TGA approved emu oil imported from Australia. Our manuka tallow balm incorporates Bio Gro Certified Organic manuka honey from New Zealand.
