A couple of days ago the heater in our home stopped working. It was blowing cold air. 

Luckily, a repair company called Bob's Refrigeration happened to be in the neighbourhood and was able to come and fix the unit. It only took about an hour. 

One of the servicemen saw some of the camera equipment we had set up in our living room and asked if we were photographers. I told him we were making content for our tallow cosmetics brand. He mentioned that he uses tallow soap that his wife ordered online. 

We were so impressed that tallow cosmetics have become so trendy that you meet people from all walks of life who are into it. We gave him and his partner a soap and lip balm and when he looked at it he said this is the same brand that his wife ordered for him! He said that he loved this soap because it was the only pure tallow soap.

That was really the highlight of our day :)

One of the most satisfying things about being an entrepreneur is having happy customers. Being able to reach complete strangers and provide them with something that improves their life is truly gratifying. 

Our customers joy is our joy.
